The fully adjustable, 4 lb. sleeves fasten securely anywhere on your oar shaft for the ideal in counterbalance. You can also custom adjust them for multiple rowers, your personal preferences or for varying rowing conditions. These counter balances fit onto 1-7/8″ Cataract or Carlisle oar shafts.
