Package or raft only. A package comes with a fishing frame. A raft-only listing is the boat alone, for anglers who already have a frame.
Size. The OSG Striker is 9′ 6″ and built for two anglers. The PAC 1150 is 11′ 6″. The Drifter 13 is 13′ 3″ with three padded folding seats, the PAC 1300 is 13′ 1.5″, the PAC 136DD 13′ 6.5″ and the PAC 1400 14′ 2″.
Self-bailing. Every PAC raft has a self-bailing floor, so water that comes aboard drains out.

Buy a package if you need a fishing frame. Buy the raft only if you already have a frame that fits.
Go by length and load capacity. The OSG Striker is 9′ 6″ and carries 800 lb. The PAC 1300 and PAC 1400 packages are 13′ 1.5″ and 14′ 2″ and carry 1,050 and 1,150 lb, and the PAC 136DD carries 1,400 lb. The PAC 1300 and PAC 136DD have room for a rower, two anglers and gear.
The PAC rafts are. The PAC 1150, 1300, 1400 and 136DD all have self-bailing floors.
