Returns For Repair or Replacement

Do you have an Outcast item that needs repaired or exchanged?
Here’s how:

  • This process only works for US addresses.
  • This is for outcastboats.com orders only. If you purchased an Outcast or Fishcat item from one of our dealers, the return or exchange must be processed through the dealer.
  • For oversized items such as rafts, frames, or oars, please call us at (800) 966 0976 for instructions.
  1. Call us at (800) 966 0976 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This allows us to categorize the return as a repair or replacement and puts your return into our system.
  2. Create a UPS return shipping label using the link below.
  3. You will see a published shipping charge. This charge will be added to your invoice when we ship the repair or replacement back to you.
  4. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package.
  5. Place the label in a UPS shipping pouch. If you do not have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label.
  6. Take your package to any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, or schedule a UPS pickup.
