Help build the best inflatable fishing boats in the industry. Outcast Sporting Gear is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in Meridian, Idaho. Our team manufactures industry-leading float tubes, pontoon boats, rafts, and fishing inflatables trusted by anglers across North America.

Previous sewing or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. We provide on-the-job training for dependable individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Sew and assemble components used in Outcast Sporting Gear products.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Create clean, consistent stitch lines and high-quality finished products.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Work as part of a collaborative team building premium fishing and outdoor products.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful, but not required.

Schedule & Benefits

• 4-Day Work Week: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM.
• Two paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
